The said object of the invention is preferably carried out by means of an electrostimulation system suitable for application to user groups, which advantageously comprises:
- at least one electrostimulation device, equipped with an electronic circuit for the generation of electrostimulation currents to the users of the system and, additionally, a wireless data transmission module, configured
to receive and send information to one or more remote media;
- at least one user-stimulated electrostimulation suit and suitable for housing the electrostimulation device, equipped with a plurality of pairs
of electrodes for the application of electrostimulation currents to a pluralityof muscle groups of users;5 -one or more connection cables between the electrostimulation device and the suitelectrostimulation; Y
